About the Host
Adrion Porter is a brand builder, speaker, tech CMO, personal growth mentor, former television network marketing exec, and the host of Gen X Amplified.
Recently, he was the Founder/CEO of FusionFlow Media – a brand development and marketing consultancy.
Prior to launching FusionFlow Media, Adrion served as Senior Director, Consumer Marketing for Cartoon Network at Turner Broadcasting. There he led marketing and brand management for tentpole franchises such as Ben 10, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars – which he managed the ongoing strategic relationship with Lucasfilm. He also led the network’s in-cinema content strategy for “First Look” advertising across movie theaters nationwide.
Before his role at Cartoon Network, Adrion was Director of Brand Development at HBO, where he created integrated marketing campaigns for award-winning shows such as The Sopranos, Sex In The City, The Wire, and others. He also managed brand strategy for Cinemax and HBO Latino.
Before joining HBO, Adrion was a Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Citigroup within their E-Consumer and Cards divisions.
Adrion holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
A passionate speaker, Adrion enjoys talking to audiences about a variety of topics such as the power of podcasting, brand development, marketing, generational leadership, and new media.
He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Tracy, their son Kameron, and daughter Kaelyn.
